My limited understanding says that most of the quality frame works are plagued by one size fits all. All leading organizations, such as GE, Motorola, and Sony, known for their quality have adopted some industry-specific framework and modified it for their use. We have a budding learning framework called WHO WHAT HOW. Let us see how we can fit this in that framework. Nice and refreshing read.
